Is Everyone an Author?

The word Author in definition means; "The writer or creator of a Message, Book, Article, etc."

The word Author originally came from the Latin word Auctorem which means, "Master, Leader or Founder."

Taking the meaning of the word Author into account, we can then see many shapes and forms of Author's. People talking about their favorite food or their favorite game over social media sites is one way to be an Author. Having a pen pal whom you talk to once or twice a week just to see how their day is going, is another way to be an author. Dating back hundreds of years ago when Writer's Claim and Print first came in to fruition. Writers were protected under the copyright act which was introduced in the early 1800's. When internet came into being so did the act of file sharing. With that said, anybody who has access to a computer or device to publish their writing also makes it available worldwide. In the late 90's when blogging has yet to even show the slightest sign of slowing down, new social media came booming into being came Facebook, YouTube, Tumbler, etc.
Writing, researching or even being well educated are all traits of being an author.
Writing comes in many different forms. Most notable are books and newspapers. Though now days on the internet are Viral Media. Viral Media can come in many different ways on the internet, most commonly in the form of Articles, News or Advertisements.
Researching, is a process of looking up or searching a given topic, problem or field. Most written documents or articles depends on first looking up materials and documents on the intended topic. When someone wants to voice their opinion on Animal Rights, more over the fact that lab rats are given experimental drugs. They would first collect evidence and materials to fight their claims. Researching can even be considered looking up your favorite song. When authors write books on The Human Chromosome, they would want to find materials on that subject.
Everyone can be considered a student, because the average person goes through a process of schooling or education. Whether or not your going to read a book or needing certain training for a certain job. People Young and old are consistently learning in an everyday life style. A Scientist from NASA did not get to where he is today without a sophisticated education.
In this generation alone there are so many possible ways to become an author. You just have to take that first step.

Persona Shift:
Different word choice when writing towards children. Advanced diction for important writing. Varying degrees of emotion in writings, school assignments less emotional; personal more emotional. Depending on your own emotional state our writing style will change. Depending on the people and the subject you are writing about (for example a football team) we might choose different words and writing styles to better relate to them.

Introduction

Hello I am Clifford Nordstrom, but you can call me C.J. for short. I am 24 years old and am currently on my way to an associates in fine arts. I would like to later attend a 4 year university for digital or graphic design. I drive to the Poulsbo campus mon-thur to attend required classes for my degree. I have a fat black cat with gold eyes, though don't let his appearance fool you. He successfully keeps the neighbor hood dogs, raccoon and any other vermin who ponder on to the property. I have short brown hair, dark brown eyes and wear wire rimmed glasses. I am the oldest of 7 children; 12 and an uncle if you count my step fathers kids. English has came to be one of those classes that come easy but never really been a favorite.
